Much the same. Anywhere between 30-40 PSI depending how long it is since I last pipes the tyres up, some Dynaplugs, a spare tube and a mini pump.

Reminds me of seeing signs for Painscastle on the BB200. The climb I was on at the time seemed very apt.

PS: Mrs L made a birthday cake for a friend today, which resulted in a surplus of icing. This (obviously) necessitated ANOTHER CAKE being baked. So now I'm full of cake too.

Elaboration: Bought nice beers (Cloudwater x Burum's bitter a particular highlight), sat in some friends' garden, talked about how we're really feeling, got burritos, rode my bike with flat pedals.

Hot food/drink just before you get into your sleeping bags. If possible, put the windscreen sun-shade or some other closed cell foam on top of the sleeping mats (uninsulated mats can lose heat via convection within the mat, putting the insulating material between you and the mat helps prevent this)....

A thought on the survey, it seems a bit too pigeon-holey, trying to put nearly every answer into a single response category. Maybe making more use of allowing multiple responses to the questions might help?
