I use the Gore C3 Trousers. Can't fault them tbh. During this colder times, I wear some cheapo bibs under them and don't feel any cold at all.

As the hills still had their winter jacket on I had to get out again. This time from the front door up Conwy mountain and up to Tal y Fan (where the snow was). I'm not sure of the make of mine but they are the half lengths ones, so just come up half way up your shins. I wore them yesterday under my trousers and my feet were dry. They do make a hell of a difference especially when riding in the snow/slush.

We got a snow drop on the Carneddau overnight so today was play time. Went out on the skinny bike today from the front door. I soon hit the coastal cycle path (#5) at Conwy and headed west as far as Abergwyngregyn. It was after the first few miles I realised I'd put the wrong gloves on, christ it was chilly on the fingers! From Aber I headed up the killer tarmac climb...
