Flights back booked for the Tuesday. So the pressure is on for 4 days

For those that have done it is 4 days realistic time to complete the route and get back to Pisa?

I am doing it solo and on a single speed.
My friends are doing a quad. If you want to join us I believe we are sorting out a small gazebo and will have a fire etc?

I looked at trains but think they end before I would get there 22.30 from Edinburgh. Thinking I'll need to go on the Wednesday but it will have to be from prestwick which is a pain. And it's gonna have to be Ryan air. They charge £60 each way for the bike!!!

If anyone is flying from Manchester to Pisa on Thursday 1st June then give me a shout. Only the one flight. Is that the one getting in at 21.55? If so what are your plans to get to Massa for the start. I've been looking at flights from Scotland it looks like I'll have to go out on the Wednesday. Un...

I'm in. Just trying to work out flight options from Scotland. Anybody done it before? Would a cross bike suffice for it or better with a Mtb?

Guys heading out to do the loop tomorrow, Little bit of info needed is Ruigh Aiteachain bothy about 95miles on the loop? what sort of time required for a fairly decent pace to reach the bothy? also is it obvious from the trail or a bit of looking required to find it? other option is Bob Scotts bothy...

I have purchased a new sd card to put the new map on as insufficient space on the current one. so sd card is blank, I have tried dragging the file into on the card when it is in the card reader, File appears on there but cant find it when I put sd in garmin, I have also tried dragging it into the ga...

Guys I am having trouble with this. the download shows on my sd card on the computer but I can find no trace of it when I put the card in the garmin.
Any ideas?

Guys after recently buying and trying out my new kit on an overnighter I found using the gps [dakota 20] a bit of a pain when it came to navigating when there was options of a few turns close together. having to constantly check I'd taken the right path and I missed a few turns having to backtrack! ...
