My youngest has just been sent home from school for 10 days and 4 out of the 7 year groups have been sent home this week so, yes, I'm still waiting for normality to resume, though I'm not convinced it will for a while yet.

I need to make room as well but my main problem is that the two bikes to logically go are also the ones that would raise the least amount of money towards a new frame so the time investment in getting them ready to sell looks less attractive, so they continue to sit in the garage.

I have noticed the calorie numbers are significantly different depending on whether or not I'm using a HR monitor. They are always much higher if I am, but don't know if that's because the HR monitor is wildly inaccurate or because strava makes some inaccurate assumptions about me. Then again Strava...

I’ve not weighed myself for a couple of weeks so was expecting much worse! Starting to get back on the bike so hopefully that’ll get me back in the groove.

In my case it'll depend on the weather - if its like today, i'll just pack my lightweight bivvy which takes up 1/4 of the space of my tent so there'll be plenty of room for my stove.

Birches is shorthand for Birches Valley Visitor’s Centre WS15 2UQ. That isn’t a good spot to leave the car overnight though and they charge 8 quid a day parking but happens to be the spot we met up last time.
