Re: Bearstock the party - what do you want?

can I ask a dumb question, is it a problem to arrive before 12 on Saturday ?, I'll be riding on Friday, sleeping somewhere, then turning up, it'd seem a bit daft to be sat outside the front gate waiting for the bell

please say so if it is a problem though Stu

Hi Paul, Steve from KP here, I'm very happy with my 29er crud guard on my Krampus,

and glad to hear you are enjoying the bike, I'm going to fit an expander on the back of mine having fitted yours and seeing how straight forward it was to set up

assuming it ever stops raining.....

Re: What bars are you using?

tried a ti set years ago, didn't get on with them at all

recently got a carbon set for my Jones plus after my woodchipper experiment failed, still not quite settled with them yet partly because I've not settled with the bike yet

might try the esi grips instead of the ergons I have fitted

Re: Was I a bit harsh?

not harsh at all, in fact a very reasoned reply to someone who hadn't even bothered to check what BearBones actually is..... this need to name and compartmentalise an activity annoys me, since when did having fun on bikes have to be called anything more than that ? yours grumpy anti social bastard :-)
