That's a scratch for me. Dodgy stomach for most of today. Hard to keep food down. A few "moments" due to bib shorts. Made it top of Devils beeftub then turned right and headed home on the road.

Ah Christ Ray, that sounds grim. Have you got a physio lined up? Do you know any good local ones? I've used the sports physio in Peebles and they seem good. Lots of them are bikers too. Also have venues in Edinburgh.

I have one of those too. I got some Paramo insulated sleeves. If I take the sleeves they work as sleeves, feet warmers or a pillow when I hammock in winter.
