Re: FS: Shimano SH-M 038 SPD shoes size EU41

Are these any good for casual walking about in? I mean, I have far too many cycling shoes, and not quite sure if/where I'd use these, but they're my size  and I may use them if popping to the shops or something....

Re: Mapping / routes archive question

I reckon mr Barter is someone you should listen to in this respect. My 2p on the subject is: Other online services come and go, often involve subscriptions and change how they work with time/disappear etc. Keep it simple. Bung the GPX files somewhere on your server/host, then either just put a stick...

hacked out a back box, replaced it, and replastered around it (because one of the tabs broke so the socjet was loose  ), Dedicated. :-bd I'd have drilled out the back of the back box, threaded it and and used a longer screw! Gaerne MTB Shoes - Free

Having a clearout and these are too good and in too good a condition to just throw out... probably my best condition cycling shoes I currently have! A set of Gaerne MTB shoes - 2 bolt SPD pattern. They're from my XC racing days and a really stiff shoe for optimal pedalling efficiency (they'll be hor...

Re: Pole Feet

The safety caps they put on the end of the reinforcement bar on building sites is a good way of getting these cheap (FOC if you speak to a site chap them nicely - they buy them in the thousand and they're pennies). 234316_238504322_83a1ba52.jpg I have been known to put the pole in my shoe if I notic...

Here you go, have a laugh. First time I tried it.... Learnt TLS very quickly...I mean so much so that it was a while before I ever did something similar again. Bikepacking type kit wasn't really a thing or certainly not something I was aware of at the time. Didn't go far, bike was a terrible riding ...

Gore - Goretex paclite shell - Free

Gore tex paclite shell - used lots, zip broken, otherwise in good condition for it's age - no rips or tears. Size medium - but it's quite a small medium if that makes sense. Very much a cycling jacket, long arms, bum flap etc. Goretex paclite, think it's something like 2010 vintage! Free to someone ...

I have a Nokia 9 pureview surplus to requirement. The back is cracked, but you won't know that if you keep the case on it. Hi All, 3 years ago I didn't need to worry about this at all and took health and fitness broadly for granted. Last couple of years have been very up and down for me, and I purposely didn't weight myself as I was in denial... Anyway, weighed myself for the first time in years on Monday...69.2kg :shoc...

May or may not take part this year...we'll see. Cheers Stu and Dee,

Had a good time catching up with various people. Had distinctly type 2 Fun riding, but at least I had some shelter overnight. That was hard work, and the rain on Sunday was er challenging... I think I'm keen to do more, not sure yet

Hello Zippy... I love knowing about cars (and particularly yours)... What is it that starts up at the push of a button. What van is it Bob? Ive heard of vehicles doing it when they just need an ad-blu top up - if it's not the EML/check engine light then surely it can't be too serious  My car's been having electrical gremlins, think I've diagnosed it eventually as a dodgy connector, got the connector and discove...
