I might be interested in these. Which version are they, and how much are you after including p&p?

Some dots to follow, at last!

I've missed following the dots on HT550 and the TD.

But we do have the Hope 1000, started this morning in Switzerland.

Re: Would you 'concern' over this wee ding

I bought my Cannondale 1fg ultra back in about 2005. Everyone told me that the frame would break and the headshock wouldn't last 5 minutes. 15 years later, no cracks and the headshock has been faultless. The magic motorcycle cranks were however made of cheese (and still command silly money secondhan...

For 29", what width rims and tyres are people running?

I didn't buy mine with 29" in mind, but I am tempted.

Re: Are 26ers dead and whats the new 'economical' persons standard

If buying now, I would and did go for 650B+, boost spacing and tapered steerer. Interestingly though, I went out a couple of weeks ago on a C. 2003 Kona MTB with V brakes, a long stem and very different geometry to today's standards. The biggest difference by far was the width of the tyres at only 2...

Re: Sonder Broken Road Owners - Whatcha Reckon?

What do Broken Road owners think of them? If my finances survive Covid 19, they're in my top two bikes, fitted with Jones bars and rigid forks. I have a few questions too: What are the biggest 29er tyres that can fit front and rear? How much vertical clearance is there? If you've got rigid forks, w...

Re: Like a Brooks C15 but not a C15

It's not an all weather so I guess it's the cotton version. Is the all weather more durable? It's not just the top layer that has failed, it's gone right through the rubber underneath as well. I think is starts where it's flexing over the nose piece and the cracks are always in this location. I'm n...

Re: Like a Brooks C15 but not a C15

My Brooks C15 has failed at the nose, this is the second one that has done that. It lasted just over a year but I didn't buy it new so no guarantee to fall back on. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/49992322007_1b1814731c_c.jpg Is there another saddle which is the same/similar shape but hopefully...

Re: Anyone got a spesh pizza rack or similar lying around they no longer use

Reading the reviews, they don't seem to fit very well at all! I've missed those reviews, I know that did a aftermarket one that was slightly different in the fittings so it fit more bikes as the stock one was designed for the awol, I've just looked at the pics tbh and it looked like it could fit I ...

Do you have the VeloViewer App (Explorer Helper for VeloViewer)? It's very handy when you are out and about and need to check whether or not you've made it into a square. I didn't know there is an app. It might have helped yesterday when I was so pleased to get two missing tiles in the middle of a ...

Roadies playing music out loud

Came across this twice today. Roadies out on club rides with one of the bikes equipped with a speaker.

It seems a bit antisocial to me. But then I'm a grumpy old git!
