Not normally one to bother but thought I would treat myself so entry to a an easy taster triathlon in March booked for myself.

Could be fun considering I can hardly walk up the stairs without feeling out of breath.

Definitely need to get my weight down and stop finding excuses so count me in as well.

Hopefully give me some motivation to get fit and stop being so lazy after work.

Well after this year being a write off between family problems and work 2019 can only be better. Hopefully moving back to Scotland so plan for next year is to just ride my bike anywhere and as much as possible. Going to try BAM after only managing 6 months this year and possibly take a few weeks out...

Been really tempted to get one for myself as currently don't have a fat bike but got 4 bikes already and a frame needing to be built.

Far too much. Depends really if I'm working but normally small bowl of porridge with some fruit for breakfast, lunch is normally a sarnie finished of with a meal at night of some sort. But don't really have an average day working shifts and in the emergency services can got a 12hr shift with nothing...

Sadly I'm working that weekend but will see if I can get it off if not will keep an eye out for any future ones.

Luckily most of this is on my doorstep but have never managed to join it all together.Might have to this year as it looks a great week on the bike.
