On my last trip, I landed Thursday and spent Friday seeing Father Christmas, eating and being in the pre race meet (2-2 hours), so only spent ten min...

Re: Lights for people without a dynohub?

Exposure lights are very good but with it having an internal battery, I'm not sure how you would charge it (im reading it that you are riding for several days on the run?). Hope and moon are good too and come with external batteries, that you can also buy extra of. Be heavy to carry but if it keeps ...

Either! The smaller sizes will fit in easier but may be a little more stretched, so horses for courses (plus the smaller size will weigh less)

That's my brother in the race, so I'll be on the start line with him!! He's running the 66KM  The race organisers are good in terms of kit, providing the have OK's before the race, you can use your 'own' kit. Think on the kit list for the 150 was a foam matt, but Ian asked in advanced about h...

Re: holiday ideas?

North Wales? Not much in war monuments but plenty of coastal areas, highest mountain in Wales and lots of castles to explore Anglesey would be a good choice too but would involve using the car a little more Animal wise, Chester Zoo would be near by but that depends on how you like your animals, cage...

Another thought, if they had any input on the design, why would they go for a 27.2 seatpost? Really limits people if they wanna run a dropper post, which plenty of people do... There are a few 27.2 droppers now no? Also the thinner post will flex more and therefore be more comfortable. Anyways, I l...

Bit of a TV addict at times but now and again, it comes up trumps, so this week on bike channel (Sky)
