Incorrect in what way - presumably there are some tiles that you've ridden that are not appearing on the heatmap ?...

Unlikely to be getting the overlay back in the short term, but there are a couple of tips to make life a little easier.

Well, I'm a paid-up Strava subscriber and even that doesn't help at this stage.
Subscriber or not - there is no Explorer overlay in the routing.
