Nothing like the lack of a proper loo, a few days exercise and a vegetarian diet to get the waste gasses going. Better out than in and you don´t want to die of brain bubbles.

I love my Ergon grips but it takes a few rides and some tiny adjustments to get a comfortable position and looking at your photo they need rotating down a good few degrees

In Morocco you will find wells which are generally safe to drink from. They are marked on the good maps and ´Morocco Overland´by Chris Scott has GPS coordinates of many.

i love hammocks i got a great hammock from Merida in mexico it is a matrimonial size being large enough for a wedded couple the next size up be a familia with space for the ankle biters as well

down here on the Solent a good part of our favourite local route has gone the cliffs have collapsed. 80knot gusts last night recorded at Hurst Castle combined with a high spring tide there will be more cliff damage

My back wheel has just arrived home after the Alfine 11 had the internals replaced on warranty, they did claim the reason it was not working properly was when they were serviced Alfine 8 grease was used and not alfine 11 grease. i don´t really buy this as it was bad before the service.

Like FLV Pasta and soup is a good one we have been going for macaroni as it packs a bit smaller and cooks a bit quicker, adding golden veg cup a soup in the last minute of cooking no waste water.
