No worse than any other food if you exercise portion control and balance in your diet.

Supermarket bread on the other hand deserves to die.

Coeliacs runs in my family - develops in older age. What to watch is A. most things marketed as gluten free in the supermarket tend towards (not always) having too much sugar and salt in to make up for lack of gluten - so pay attention to that. B. There are a lot of gluten free options available on ...

immodium is like duct tape. ive had guardia and a colleague had typhoid. both times the doctor said - the worst thing you can do is immodium. Your body is trying to flush the bugs out. Re: Changing tyre woes

WTB mtb tires are a ballache dont feel bad about it.

Ive got some vigilantes on some old DT 5.1s ..... i have to use the Park MX tyre levers to get them on and off..... I run backer rod in them to ensure i can get back to the car iwthout removing them if the tubeless fails.

Re: Difference between Extrex20 and the 30 worth the differe

Not really according to the plot certainly close enough to plot ontop of which track we were riding on. Thankfully Strava et all ignore barometric and apply the map data to it so our climb data matched up and we didn't ride the same route -one thousands of metres above the other. Equally where in a ...

Re: Difference between Extrex20 and the 30 worth the differe

we are not flying an aircraft we are riding a bicycle. Map related height data is close enough ime which echos that of PAD when it comes to the barometric data. Me and the wife both have edge 500s with barometric altitudes. while riding through the rockies we could have varying spot numbers of circa...
