Re: Bivvy a Month 2024

We need a special triplicate form to fill in. Pink copy sent to BB Towers for approval, blue copy to Phil for the files, yellow copy retained by the prospective BaMee and to be made available for perusal upon request by the BaM Inspectors during said iffy bivvy. Some of the more remote spots would ...

Re: Bivvy a Month 2024

Here's one for the BaM lawyers... Was pondering last night, as I'm about to go on call on Wednesday and am feeling a bit rubbish; it'll be last chance saloon when I get off. Can I ride my bike on the rollers, pitch the tent outside my garden, on someone else's land (paddocks), then ride my bike on ...

It reads like the author no longer enjoys long-distance events, so should just give them up. It doesn't really matter and nobody really cares  . Not an "official" ford, but it was 30m wide, more than axle deep and had a thick silty bottom, so that's good enough for me :-bd.

Quickly followed some by Quality Urban Singletrack. Nice

Not sure it would be sensible to take my last minute panic weekend and schedule to be away. Surely the answer is to pack before the WRT and don't unpack until you return from...
