Rear is 35mm carbon rim on a Chris King SS hub. 969g The King hub is a thing of beauty in every respect, right down to the wheel bolts. The other thing is just study maps - and I mean really look at them. Understand every symbol, line and feature. Had a great trip :-bd A couple of sections were 'interesting' trying to find the bothy on my own at night with just a map & a compass, was a great relief when i found the tyre tracks in the snow :grin: Good to meet some other members for the first time too. Some pics- https://farm9.staticflickr....

Had a decent amount of snow here the last couple of hours, had to abandon a trip out before because the roads were bad including the M6 which was a crawl. No sign of any gritters either..
