Yes - what a glorious Monday groovers. Sun is shining, one child is away, the other two are at school. In-laws are staying (but not in our house luckily).....Oh yes and have squeezed in a ride this morning before getting back to my desk job of selling ski holidays! Have an amazing day people.

MH24 been a massive help; 24kg less to haul up the hills is ace. Pull ups and dips are a damn sight easier too. Managed to keep my muscle up and increase FTP too with plenty of protein, around 180g-210g per day. Inspiring.. Thanks - I cant wait for the hills to be "easier!!". Must try som...
