Hip lock for me, only had to use a few times as my bike is never far from me to worry about anyone taking off on it. It works well and is light and small enough to pack away.

Still find wearing lycra is much more comfy, have some Endura baggies but seem to go just over the knee which can be annoying after a bit may have to hack a few inches off the bottom and there heavy ish
