Really good brakes those Spyres-notSpykes are :) Just inner spacing is a bit tight.
Its about 1-2mm gap from spokes on my bike (Kinesis CX wheels)

I would go with Canyon. Most of mid range Boardmans are just an ordinary Chinese frames sold with million% margin. Canyon's all frames are hi tech developed in house + they are cheaper comparing same spec other brand bikes.

Stans are so fragile that are more suitable to hang on a wall hook than ride off road... try mavic open pro or cxp 33

Well swapping chainring costs less than £350 difference from On One fatty.. I think there's a lot of overweight in tyres aswell...

I'm using the Trespass one. Can fit a lot of stuff, but it's good only for road riding as it bounces a lot going off road.

I use Android phone with OruxMaps App. It allows to download OS maps of selected area. There is size limit of downloaded map, but I could fit WRT '14 in one file, it also switches automatically between map files, so can't see problems there. Phone is in flight mode all the time and full charge lasts...

Depends on your+bike weight and tires... I've never had a pinch flat on CX, using Kenda cross supreme's
