Re: 99p P&P. Joe's shop for bikepacking gear

It's only just occurred to me to promote Joe's shop my club Facebook page, where there's been quite a bit of chat about buying kit to try bikepacking for the first time - sorry, I don't know why I didn't think of it before  Not the best time with you being away though - remind me when you get...

No, they wouldn't serve us, even outside last year, but a friend has just come back from there and they said they got served outside, so it seems that is an option this year.

Re: 99p P&P. Joe's shop for bikepacking gear

Just to say that we are heading off on our bikes at the end of the week, so if you want anything for use in the next month you should order it today or tomorrow (Weds 19th). Joe was going to get a friend to take over the shop while he is away but they are all going away too so he is going to have to...

Free - Sealskinz kids waterproof ankle socks

I tried selling these on eBay but they cancelled the listing as it was deemed an inappropriate sexual item :o Seemingly used socks are considered the same as used underwear :o   Anyway - they are free if anyone would like them - quite small - the sole measures 17cm. They have been washed...

Thanks guys - good to hear back from you. The book is coming by separate post btw Shaf. Have fun with the bivvy bag Luneranger. I think I might take mine out on Monday night with one of Joe's tarp tents for a quick overnighter once that's allowed again. I carry my bivvy bag with me all the time now ...

Spacemaker sale now on at Alpkit. Annoying that a lot of the women's stuff 50% off but the equivalent men's stuff is 25% off or thereabouts. I don't think it's going to do much to tip the balance of historical gender inequality, but it's mildly irritating. Maybe it's deliberate ploy to encourage fe...

Been doing a bit more research on the lunar solo and condensation seems an issue. Any tips on dealing with that.
