Silvermans in London stock extra long Sungpak sleeping bags for the larger carbon units and zipin pieces for extra width.
Being 6ft5 if the bag isn't long enough you cant get your shoulders in/warm/comfortable.

Don't depress the lever with the pads out/without a block - the pistons fall out and all the fluid.
I've done one without issue and on needing a bleed 3/4 would be a fair estimate.
