I suggest asking your GP for a gadget that monitors your breathing overnight whilst you sleep. You may be going through a sleep/wake cycle caused by interrupted breathing patterns.
Simple to monitor, but could provide a few evidence-based courses of action to consider.

Prior to visiting your local station to reserve a bike place, it helps to have a quick look on www.nationalrail.co.uk to find trains with the fewest changes for your long-distance journey.
It makes reserving simpler and takes the worry out of making connections :smile: .

Just back from a weekend bimbling and jazz-riding around The Lakes with 5 ex-colleagues. Coniston & Little Langdale. Loads of pubs: excellent fun. Highlight for me was Saturday's nocturnal race to the pub, razzing through the woods for a mile with Matt on my tail, like a pair of Harrier jump jet...
