I've not seen it so wet in a long time. might influence your route/bivvy choice... for the record, found a nice potential bivvy spot the other day. Combshead Tor. Nice flat natural amphitheatre in the middle of the tor with ...

Half a bargain. Arcteryx at 50% off on sportpursuit. Makes it almost reasonably priced.

Arcteryx Beta LT.

it was cheap....ish. packs down pretty small, great build quality, well impressed with Goretex Pro. Hood design is good but not tried it with a helmet.

Re: Whats lighting your ride?

Mtb rides - GLoworm X1 wth a 2 cell battery helmet mounted. 2hr life if I run it on low for climbing/bimbling and high for DH's.
Switch it off for climbing if the moon is out.

Road Rides - GLoworm X2 with 4 Cell battery. Never run it out.

FS: 3 x Gorilla Cages and 4 x Monkii clips.

As per title, I have 3 gorilla cages, fitted, removed and never used.

I also have 4 monkii clips, 2 in retail packaging, 2 without.

I'm open to offers on combinations of the above.

For reference, gorilla cages retail for £19.99 and monkii clips for £10.50.

http://icelandicfatfun.blogspot.co.uk/2015/08/not-across-iceland-on-fatbike-write-up.html I recently took my transition bandit to iceland for a 10day/650km trip, performed admirably. Only major change I made before going was to take the reverb dropper post off and put some new tyres on (Maxxis Ikon)...
