Fitted some new brakes, I had trp spykes and while they had enough power I sometimes had to use 2 fingers and really haul on them on steep descents. Hopefully these will be an improvement.

Same as above really I used the split tube method, worked with knards, dirt wizards and chronicles.

Fitted new wheels and tyres (relatively painless tubeless set up) and gave it a bloody good wash.
