Whatever the season I just try to not get wet feet. Even when hike a biking I always try to avoid getting wet. However we all know its not possible so as said above merino socks are work and a spare pair for getting changed into during camp.

Odd how some are debating when its OK to get back out doing what we love doing and then in the BAM 2020 thread, there's folk posting their camps/bivvies...

Tbh I'm dreading the day when Wales opens up again. Its been great to see everywhere so quiet (not from a business point of view mind). The hills and car parks will be full of people enjoying them but again it'll be the minority that ruin it for everyone else.

Went to the Dulyn bothy yesterday for a nose. Tbh I was surprised to see it 'open'. I know they don't have locks on the doors but still... I know it's still here and there's little spikes happening (Anglesey meat factory), but it's such a relief to think everyone can go about doing the things they enjoy (to an extent). No more paranoia for parking in a car park a few miles from home (not dogging btw!).
