If the book's similar to the north south divide one, then you'll need to spend a while plotting the route either on paper or on screen to generate a gpx file. The route instructions in the book are very much TL onto BW @ 987643, SA onto MR @ 459900, etc, etc.

Do the handles really stay cool on Ti mugs? No, not really but they cool down within a few seconds.
