Restrap stuff is great I have the original front roll holder and seat bag holder. Good as the day it was new still.

Possibly. That said, I do a ton of fasted training and I rarely eat for the last couple of hours anyway as I usually can't face it.

When packing for something like this, I always ask myself 'what's going to stop me' and then make sure I've got the things to help prevent it. To a point. Can you not just stop the device after say 75km, save it and then start again, repeat to avoid big recordings and possible problems? That’s what I tend to do on a garmin for important events.

I’m going to have 2l in hydra pack with solutions added. This should last 4 hours in the predicted temps.
