WTD: Rucksack for my boy

Anyone got a DofE suitable rucksack (min 50litres) in decent nick, and not too expensive they'd be happy to move on? Only issue is we need it for the coming weekend, so needs to be sent ASAP (might want to factor that into the price!).
Cheers

as rudedog says you can just buy an adaptor for a fiver and continue using normal headphones https://www.amazon.co.uk/BabyElf-Headphone-Headset-Adapter-Compatible/dp/B086YQS2SJ/ref=sr_1_7_sspa I did not know that! It's a Google Pixel. I ordered those Anker Slim ones, found a good deal for a pair. Thanks for the comments, as always much appreciated :-bd

Cheers all. I've had Anker stuff before and it's decent, well priced kit, so I'll maybe look into those slim ones. :-bd

Bluetooth headphones

Can anyone recommend some Bluetooth headphones for occasional use on the bike and when camping? My new phone came without a jack, so all my headphones are now obsolete 😭! I guess I need decent battery life and would prefer ones with a hook that goes around your ear.
Thanks

FS: Topeak half Frame bag 4.5l

For sale is a Topeak MidLoader Frame bag, capacity is 4.5litres and colour is black. It's been used a fair few times, but looked after so in really good overall condition. Dual side entry zips. Note that the velcro straps are not adjustable, so you can't move them to different places on the frame (i...

I picked up this from alpkit in their recent clearout sale. It's waterproof and spacious enough for a tube, small tools and other bits n bobs. Happy with it so far...

Re: Going tubeless...

Can you undo and reuse tape if it's had sealant on it? For what it is, Stan's stuff is awfy expensive. I've tried a couple of ways to mount a tyre, but having re-read this thread, want to try and redo the taping. I'll obviously reclean the rim, just want to reuse the tape if it looks in decent shape...

Re: Going tubeless...

Ended up going back to the LBS and ended up buying a new fancy pump, the type that stores the air which is then released. This made all the difference. Not freakin' cheap though but with this it worked a treat and then a few more pumps until those lovely pops sounded. Can I ask what pump you got? A...

Re: Going tubeless...

Getting the taping right is probably the critical part of tubeless. Clean the rim, doesn't need to be spotless but the cleaner the better. I use Iso-propyl alcohol. Leave to dry. The tape should be the same width as the external width of the rim. The reason for this is that it gets pulled down into...

Re: Going tubeless...

ScotRoutes wrote: Thu Apr 08, 2021 3:24 pm That can be found. If the bead stretches onto the sidewall slowly then you'll get no Pop. You'll know it's on correctly if the mould line on the sidewall is concentric with the rim.

Popping when releasing pressure is just the bead releasing from the rim.

That's great - thanks!

Re: Going tubeless...

Just when it was all going so well.. another question, if I DON'T hear the popping sound when inflating (but the tyre looks mounted), however when I then deflate, and I DO hear the popping sound, is this good/bad??
