Surely there must be some wildlife species established there that can't be disturbed? Anyone got any Great Crested Newts that need a new home...

It'll be nice to have a go at the BBs I missed because life got in the way. I'm strangely drawn to 2014 despite the stories.

Re: Never legal to wildcamp on Dartmoor?
I've had a quick read of the ruling and I'm not surprised the bad guy won to be honest. He's a twonk to be sure but the National Park didn't have much legal ammunition to knock him back. Interesting that access is all geared around being on foot or by horse and bikes are prohibited in many places. R...

Yes, Happy New Year to Dee and Stu and all you other bonny Boners. I don't post much but visit the site every day, so I really appreciate what you do Stu. It's really the only forum I would miss if it hit an iceberg, and that is down to the atmosphere created by the users, who all seem happy to leav...

Re: What does your Christmas look like?
We are a bit Griswald at Christmas. My kids are all in their thirties but still treat Christmas like when they were small. We all get together and our eldest has taken on cooking duties, so it's quite chilled for me and Mrs Mac. We've decided that Christmas dinner will be a buffet so that there will...
