Kat asked for a long sleeve MTB as well...sorry for the 2nd order Stu. Just bundle 'em all up and they'll all come here.

One of the nice things about 'em Reg....you can sit upright and not hit your head or disrupt any condensation that may have formed overnight.

Back when I got mine, my thought was more that if I'm in the middle of nowhere and the SPOT gets used, I can be seen easily. There's been many times I've wished for the camo version though. Nice pull fella.

No beer? Just need to increase your calories if you're burning 'em off that fast. The UK poultry industry will welcome your patronage as you decimate their chicken and egg stocks. Once you've cleaned them out you can move onto your next food source. : ) Alas....glued to the desk at the moment....on ...

Used a alu Superfly...once with bouncy Fox and alu bars...once with rigid Niner RDO and carbon bars. I'll use the same setup - eggbeaters/2.1 Nano or 2.0 NineLine/SDG Belair when I make time to return. Carbon bars/fork was a good combo for me out there.

Eternally jealous of the lovely pics. Stuck at the desk this weekend having managed to get picked for on-call.

Y'all have a cracking weekend. I'll hoist one to the north on Monday when I can get stuck back in.

Both my Bonty Mustangs and more recently DT Swiss Splines are centerlock. Even a three-thumbed monkey like me can't get 'em wrong. No problems in 6 years with 'em.

WRT for me....was looking forward to quaffing a few jars with you lot before, during and after the event.
I do TNR every 2 years...was hoping to return if not to start with 'em, just to ride the route. James giving the Coq to the Germans will live on forever.

Finally built the Flyxxi carbon I got from Al a couple of years ago. Got screwed on a set of CrossMax hoops...ended up with Splines...and even those came with XD body instead of Shimano...grrrr! Threw on some old Nano and Nineline tyres that were laying about. I've never had such a struggle...the la...

The river crossing on the 2015 episode. That could get tasty if it was another 2 foot higher and rising...nothing like the 2018 crossing early on that so many people went around, but enough of a challenge and wide enough there might be a few wet bodies come the other side.

The correct accent to say it in is slurred Canberran...found natively in the Australian Capital Territory.

I'll be impressed if they open the borders here by July...so it's still a slim maybe for me. At least they won't be so concerned with me bringing Welsh sheep sh!t back on my tyres and more about me running a fever (it's a hangover, Sir...I've been drinking with Boners).

My nick was yelled at me one night by a drunk...it stuck. Years later when the int0rwebs went mainstream I used it as a handle. Don't recall seeing another Scattamah in the wild.

@Reg - not sure there is evidence of the Vinardio toilet block sleeping escapade from past TNR ride. Maybe James or Ernesto has some snaps? There is most definetly evidence somewhere of churches, chapels and birdhides in England and Wales being used and abused. Vyrnwy birdhides FTW.
