Re: Today's Run

Couch to 5k completed. My efforts to get back into running without my calf muscles locking up are going ok...

Any suggestions for something like the Cto5k app to get me up to 10k? I'm more interested in endurance than speed if that makes any odds.

Cathedral Of The Peak? I guess that does make it a city  . No roundabouts though so that's a problem.
The residents are currently up in arms at the prospect of the Co-op moving out of the "town centre".

We don't have much in the way of claggy mud in the Peak, but when it has got a bit sloppy, I've found Magic Marys a bit grippier than Minions.

Updates to the Cotic Solaris just announced - they're going a bit more XC with it, less fork travel, less overlap with the BFeMAX I guess.

Ridgeback MX20 kids bike (brand new)

Anyone after a 20" wheel bike? Apparently, I've just won one of these via Singletrack: https://www.ridgeback.co.uk/ridgeback-mx20-varrb2178 Too small for my bairns, so up for sale. RRP is £350, yours for £200? I can probably get it sent direct to the buyer if a deal is made before Singletrack ...

Re: Suggest a jacket with good discount?

If the main thing is heavy discount, I'd suggest applying Martin Lewis' rule first.
Martin's Black Friday shopping memo

If you were going to buy it anyway and it is half price, you've saved 50%.

If you weren't going to buy it, but do cos it's half price, you've wasted 100%.
