Elapsed time was due to a family commitment (funeral) and work i.e. I rode from Staveley to Troutbeck 17 miles then stopped the clock then rode back to Staveley on Tuesday then on Saturday after work 3pm rode from Staveley to Troutbeck then started the clock again so the whole ride was logged . Rich

Managed to wear the arse out of my waterproof shorts and they have served me well. Never had a good nights sleep in a bivi bag and thats coming from an Army background in which we used them a lot with a tarp. Obviously not ridden hard enough or drank enough beer, which is a big problem for me as I am a serial pisser
