Nope, one mounts the light - Plug3 and it's internals. The other raises up the eTrex which is now glued to it's bracket and has the back Dremmeled to get to the quarter turn screw for the battery compartment.

That is partially how I remember 2013. And most any other multi day ride. A race to find pizza.

Not going to be hard in the USA I suspect :)

Re: 2016 Highland Trail (group start)

I'm expecting the route to Fort A to be harder than last year; Huw took 12 hours to the top of the Corrieyarrick, and went on to do a solid ITT time. To me that gives every indication as to its perceived difficulty. I've ridden the new southern loop and don't expect to be in FA in time for pizza on...

I don't understand what Dr Howard meant when he stated that, “In scientific terms there was no difference whatsoever… but in practical terms the 29er was faster.” No mathematical difference from the statistical analysis software – what does that mean, other than they wasted a lot of money on all th...

It definitely works through a layer of VX fabric.
Should work through cuben then.

Works through jersey pocket and two layers on top too. A layer of not metal impregnated fabric will be fine. IE, don't build a Faraday cage.

Re: WTD: Cantilever brake levers

In case you don't know BB7 Road brakes - not ideal with MTB style levers - the throw is different and braking is poor.

Man....I still have my original SP when they first did the 15mm bolt through. Zero issues yet. Guessing it's had a bit of use too? None of mine lasted longer than 5 months or 5,000km. But 18 bikes and Ison were ace about it. Three wheels rebuilt at Ison's expense. Then when I bought the son from SJ...

Don't see the need for what riding I do, tis all. Don't particularly like the look of it, not entirely sure why.
