What’s cis? mean. Listened to The Downtime podcast today on Racism in Mountain Biking, didn’t think there was any but I was wrong, interesting listen. (Disclosure white middle age bloke, not religious or middle class)

I have this light too, albeit an earlier version, good bit of kit, the glowing green button is a bit irritating to me but apart from that can’t fault it. :-bd

Re: Fatfighters 2020

It's a lack of self control for me. I get to a f*ck it, why not have another stage. When like that it's easier to just stay away (though obviously not "easy"). Same here, gets to the stage I have to clear the house of it then start afresh. Managed to get drinking whilst working away sorte...

Re: Fatfighters 2020

After losing a fair amount last year I lost my mojo and piled it all back on with the the help of lockdown eating and drinking binges. Took 3 weeks off the beer at the beginning of August along with signing up to Weight watchers (all the others in the house started on it too, which helps) This has w...

Re: Fork leg storage

Latest GMBN Tech bikepacking film had some strap on Topeak frames and panniers for front and rear. The interesting bit was how they secure the frame to the bike without bolting it on, Velcro and a wee threaded cam I think that tightens it further than by hand. Probably best suited for road/gravel ty...

Road friendly 29” mtb tyres

Any recommendations for road friendly 29” mtb tyres ?
Thinking of having a set of spare wheels with more road friendly tyres when out cycling with my wife, she’s on a hybrid so mostly road or cycle path Cheers :-bd .
