Yep, happy with that and happy with how the week has gone. No naughty snacking during the week and only sensible lunches. Even had a couple of beers last night with a couple of snacks. Now that's civilised.

1st weigh-in yesterday proves why I need to pick it up again. Starting now at 77.8kg and the target set a couple of years ago is 72kg still stands.
