Re: Saddles

mike, i had a period of swapping saddles almost every ride. then i got a heads up off a bloke who had prostate cancer.

i use the PR 3 model.

Re: Who’s appreciating riding their bike?

i struggle a bit from time to time with terrible mood swings and bouts of anger/guilt. if i did not have my bike to ride to get away from people, even loved ones i would not be a nice bloke to live with. so this for me is more of a mental wellbeing thing than a exercise thing. i ride daily all the t...

Re: Why Fatbike?

enjoyed that.

i dont ride a fat bike, but i do ride a 29+ bike. main reason is that the strength and support from a large tyre/wider rim works fantastic with a much heavier rider like myself.

a friend in the dales mentioned it. and his wife works for the national trust.

i have been doing loads of local rides, most within 5 miles of home. managed 120 miles this week.

closing national parks, and imposing fines?

If the national parks were to be closed (if this was possible). could the police start imposing fines to people from outside the area?

i am with Stu on this. they all look very nice, but oh so uncomfy.
drop the saddle a couple of inch, and add a couple of inch to the steerer and mayby they would be comfy.
