i have 32/51 on my fatbike. sometimes i wish i had 22/51...................

my tourer has a 24/34 lowest gear which is not low enough for me. i need a 40 on the back.
i like to spin.

just wondering what would be considered too heavy for a bar harness ?

i have quite a tidy set up bag wise, but my harness when packed weighs 2.5kg.
in my hands it feels bulky, but ok on the bike.

back in the day i used to use a Tubus Fly stainless steel rack. very light and very strong.
a only secured via 3 bolts. so less than 2 minutes to swap between bikes.

not on race day, only about -5 but once above the tree line in the strong wind it was pretty bad, colder than anything i have ever been in.

british weather conditions are now something i no long worry about.................
