Re: New long distance Cycle UK route in Wales - Traws Eryri

I did it with 2 mates that had never been bike packing before so lent one of them a bike and both if them a load of bags etc, both of them where quite nervous about the whole thing but I sai...

If that is you I'm riding next Saturday from Warwick on a loop that a freind has invented, no idea where it goes or how far it is but I can find out, your welcome...

Sold. orange, Clockwork 129, 11 speed, large, complete bike

I found 11 gears in the box of stuff that we all have so thought that would give it more appeal than 1 gear! 650b plus Alpkit wheels, Selcof carbon forks, Sram rsc brakes, Charge spoon saddle, Shimao cranks 32t, Sram 11 speed group on xd freehub, Shimano spd pedals these are a bit knackered! So now ...

I have stuff but not tons of it, I consider and buy the best I can for what I need and then that thing lasts for a long time /ever. I have a primus multifuel stove I have had for 32 years and is still brilliant and a swiss army knife for 35 years, I suspect my son will inherit them although I bought...

I like it, no so much because it's Christmas as because I'm self employed and from now until January noone phones or emails me as they do the rest of the year. We don't do presents as we have enough, I have ordered myself a Park tool cassette tool from my local bike shop but it won't be here untill ...

I use laminate floor underlay ( the thin foamy stuff ) in my shoes , get a piece and try it on a really cold floor one foot on one foot off, it works really well and is flat as a pancake. :-bd

I have just bought a Magic Shine bar light, the 5000 lumen one, light and spread is really good. Comes with a back light too which runs off the same battery. I ride in the woods through the winter and have used the cheapo Chinese ones for years but the batteries are crap, this light is much better, ...
