Usual few weeks of intermittent orienteering races and training. But still in recovery mode after my ankle injury. Managing to get back up to 50km weeks now, which is nice as the weather is finally perking up!

Found myself a marathon. Trail focused but not (as hard as a standard) 'fell race' as such. Best part, it's £22 so proper Yorkshire pricing. My opinions... £500 second hand may limit you to a reasonable body (albiet a few years old) and you'll need to look at the possibility of spending a bit on glass unless you have some old manual primes lying around.... and you can use an adapter on a mirrorless setup. Not any more, I don't ride enough to stay strong enough for SS in Calder Valley. But when I did, similar reasons to James. Got bored of constant kit faff - though I did stick with front suspension.

Thank though! I've been trying to get that shot for a few years now, but it's always been clagged out. That's the eventual winner. He had about a minute lead on a 28min course!

A rare sojourn into colour film for me. Kodak ProImage 100 - not bad for a cheap colour film. I can't justify the cost of Ektar any more.
