(and while we're at it, is there an archive of the newsletters anywhere (preferably searchable)? I've always thought that would be handy). A new site is in the pipeline, so that feature should be available then. We'll try and add back dated newsletters if we can. As they say 'Watch this space' :-bd...

Oh - some feedback if I may? Clicking on the header image no longer takes us to the BB website, only the forum. So, no Shop/Events etc. https://bearbonesbikepacking.co.uk/ I understand this may already be in hand. Thanks for the feedback, always welcomed. The link is now restored (they'd moved the ...

Those all sound wonderful, thank you all for offering.

My daughter makes vegan cakes, so if there is any demand for that option, I'll get her to make one up.

Just re-read your post, I'll get her to do a vegan one anyway, different to the ones you bake.
That's brilliant Niall thank you so much, greatly appreciated.

The Great WRT Bake Off - a plea

As you know I am not shy of doing a bit of baking for the BBB events but this year's WRT has surpassed previous entry numbers to over 200 :o I will be baking the usual lemon drizzle cakes along with sultana cakes and chocolate brownies (brownies are suitable for vegan and gf). My request to you good...

I'd like to add that sending your pics at the end of each month would be better. Also that this starts this month not January. So get please get clicking away for November's photo for 2020. BTW only those pics chosen to be featured in the calendar will get the owner a freebie. Just to make it clear ...

WRT week starts here

It's the Bear Bones Bake-off week. Cake for 164 people requires preparation and a lot of oven time. Last chance for anyone with special dietary requirements to let me know now or there'll be nowt for you at the finish!

Thanks to everyone for turning up. A lot of effort went into the preparation for the weekend so without you guys it'd been all for nothing (it is soooo much easier to put on a cycling event :YMSIGH:). The clear up took quite a while as Stu has already said but at least the sun was shining, no midges...

Well I have a theory which has helped a few people over the years get some perspective of their low ebb. You have three parts to your life: home, work and play. If you're having a tough time at work, home and play see you through, tough time at home etc etc. When all three parts of your life are giv...

Perhaps I really should wait until the painful memories (and physical pains) have subsided but I am interested to know your thoughts on where the BB200 should be based. There are plus and minus points for both Bear Bones Towers and Ysgol Llanbrynmair but assuming you would like to take part again ne...
