Got a 10 mile each way towpath commute with1/2 mile of road 4 days a week on my 4 days off I try to get out on a couple of 75 /100 mile loops to Cannock chase or wyre valley , what I lack in hills I can make up with not having to use any roads to get where I want to ,the canals take you most places ...

A new rear wheel as I'd cracked my wtb scraper , unsurprisingly the tyre was a sh@te to get off the old rim , surprisingly still full of sealant from last October and went onto the hope rim with no problems and went up with a normal track pump

Just cleaned the longitude and noticed some quite deep cracks radiating out from about 20 spokes on the rear wheel , anyone got any experience of the above wheels or is there something better for around £250 ,Shimano free hub and 135 qr
