Is this q/r or the 15mm? I thought the q/r were better lasting than the 15s?

We use Mt Skidmore and some Blackburn side entry cages on our bikes. It allowed us to use a partial frame bag and carrry two wayer bottles that we could easily remove/replace as we rode.
