FS: 2018 Scott Spark 920 Medium

I’m selling a medium 2018 Scott Spark 920. It’s all stock other than the brakes and an upgraded Bontrager carbon handlebar. I’m 5’10 and it’s just right. Possibly the most versatile and fun XC race bike available! Over the last year the bike has done less than 500km due to injury and a new arrival a...

Re: KS Lev dropper posts

I had a Lev, it was OK. It didn't like the (sub zero) cold and wouldn't hold position after I'd pressed the button once. After a couple of years it became quite sticky, if not used every few days, and needed to be cajoled back to life with GT85 and plenty of ups and downs to get it to work properly ...

Re: Wtb pure saddles

I've used one for the last 5 years or so. Absolutely love it, very comfortable and it's seen me right on some big rides. First one I had was a standard version with cromoly rails. Eventually the corner ripped and I got the ti railed team version on eBay for about £45. I actually think the original w...

FS: Trek Stache 9 2016 medium £750

Hi, I'm selling my Trek Stache 9 which I've owned since new. It's been well used but also well looked after. I've made several changes from the original spec - this year (May) it's had the bottom bracket, cassette, chainring and chain replaced along with a service on the derailleur. Upgraded front a...

Re: A tale of two jackets

I have exactly the same problem. Maybe a 4 year old Active Shell jacket, tech washed, tx direct (tried both spray on and wash in), heated, air dried-tried it all. Sent it back to Gore as it was no longer keeping me dry and got it back 4 weeks later saying it was still waterproof. Total baloney. It's...
