Re: MYOG Easy bar bag/headtube anti rub device for £7.99
hi ray, i'm currently researching alternative ideas (incase the Wildcat Gear 'Mountain Lion' doesn't arrive before i leave on my big trip on Sunday) and i'm re-visiting this option. luckily i bought one of these mudguards a while back and have cut it down and fitted it and all seems to be fine. my q...

Re: multiple maps on a garmin query
Does the GPS have a memory card slot? On my Garmin Edge 605, I put the maps I wanted for Spain on a different memory card. Maybe you could put all the files on one card? I know mine only takes cards up to 2Gb and the whole of the UK just about fills it. yeah, it's up to 4gb (if i remember right) an...

what sort of training would people suggest for this type of event (i'm very inexperienced at both training and long-distance events and so any/all advice would be really helpful)???

Re: Ireland ... closed until further notice
sounds like you made the most of (i.e. ignored the signs) a tricky situation. i spent a few days riding around some nice countryside west of Cork of few years back and after finding no information about trails/bikes/paths anywhere i just went out and rode what i found irrespective of legality. i had...

Pace RC129 £695 and a true thing of beauty! that's what i'd go for if i had the chance. but.....failing that i'd go for the Cotic (simply for the built/steel quality over the On-one even if it's a bit pricier). i'm loving my Surly 'Karate Monkey' but it is a weighty beast (although only the same we...
