i cannot tell from that video what is going on but 1. A hole sealant wont seal in a new tyre is not acceptable 2. Try as noted above just shaking the tyre with that part facing downwards to make sure all the sealant is there to see if that seals it Probably be sending it back after first contacting ...

my lezyne one of those removes the cores to the extent i carry a tool to tighten my valves- also handy when the sealant has stuck them shut as well you can also get a push on thing - though mine is plastic and i keep forgetting which pump its on as I have two of them! http://www.halfords.com/cycling...

on the right is a spanner icon [click on that and choose crop from menu

Crop the route to remove the flight - easy to do if its the start or end of a ride.

I have one [ etrex vista] with the RAM cycle mount - I used cable ties to secure this to the stem when I used it
