I've got gp2 on my straight bars mate , they seem to have sorted out my wrist and numb hand problems , depends how you angle them they force you to put more weight on the seat than on the bars (I know the 2s are no good for loops but can only speak from experience)

Or if you want a few more miles drive down to wolves ,and ride down to longmynd with myself ,it's mainly towpath sustrans paths and a bit of bridleway ,but please be warned my social pace is a bit slower a than Scott's and mike's

It's mainly foot path upto the crags if you like trad climbing there is some nice exposed limestone routes sorry but can't say anything about biking there, it's a lovely solitude place though never many people about so just make sure you have everything to get you out of the preverbile I'm not a cl...

I've started my route reg ,but your offer seems very appealing low mileage and talking ,sh@£e ,put me down ,but if you get too many people not a problem I will use the route I've already started ,I too was looking at around 100-120 over the course of the weekend, too many miles means too few pubs :-bd

Down to 93 kg ,very happy this week loss of 1/2 kg ,but may all change tonight as it's wedding anniversary so that means copious amounts of food ,ale and whiskey,will have to try and put a few extra message in tomorrow

Lived a bit further north for a good few years and up in the hills around Alicante as long as you were away from still water the mossies were very few ,I'd be a bit more concerned about what times to cycle with the heat ,end of April beginning of may it used to be high 20s into low 30s ,when you can...

That is very cheap beer. Where is your local ? You do need a pair of overalls and your own spit bowl when you go in ,that's black country pubs for ya the Norfolk Arms on the Peak/Sheffield border has a £2 a pint beer on mondays and tuesdays. Worth knowing if you are planning a trip to the area :win...
