Re: 2018 favourites

My fave route/ride this year was from home to meet the family for summer holiday on the English Riviera, not 'Epic' but 106 miles not in a loop with purpose. Kit: my endura baggies are fab, just fit and forget! My Morvelo F*$k Cancer socks too, for Sue and all the others. Media: I clicked the 'keep'...

38t oval up front, 11-40 11spd works nicely on the South downs, iow wether loaded or not and not too gappy for road/faster gravel sections.

Absolute black Oval 38t ring

Hi.

I've a 38t oval absolute black narrow wide Chainring surplus to requirements. It's to fit the newer asymmetric 4 bolt shimano pattern. Some signs of wear but only 150-200 miles old. Also have 4 blue ano bolts and the little shim bits too.

£25 posted? Happy to email pictures.

Re: Light mounts for Jones Loop Bars

If Hope lights can be attached via an "action cam" type mount then the fine fellows at Raceware will make you one - they did one for me so my Lupine could sit up on the loop of my Jones bars.

Hi Mike, I'm two years in with mine and have no issues with durability, laundering or wear. Do me they are good down to 4-6 degrees C. Love the long snug cuff too.

Keep 'em

Re: Sram Groupset issues

Re the sluggish shifting - we encountered a similar issue with two box fresh cx bikes running Sram force 1x11, turns out the chain was too short on both. New chain and presto! Mech hanger alignment also important and a CNC-machined hanger prom gearmechhanger.com would makes things a bit snappier too...
