Re: More WTF

My dad hated it.
However, whenever his scooter wouldn't start (I recall that was frequently) he was always too quick to offer to drop me off at college and then he'd take it to work. Two up was an interesting experience
Every item of clothing smelt of Castrol R. Brilliant :-bd

Re: Train ticket tips

Mike, my daughters do a fair few journeys to and fro uni. They use ticketsplitter. Its often cheaper to buy several tickets rather than one from home to final destination. Ticketsplitter does the hard work for you (apparently)..

Re: 2 wheeled adventure of a different kind.

'Adventure' is a pretty serious business these days, so I was delighted to discover the Monkey Run and more so, to discover it had an ethos I could easily embrace. For those who don't know and why would you, the basic format is a self supported journey across some wild (properly wild) places, with ...

Garmin Edge 520

The screen is perfect, some very small marks around the plastic screen edge. New port cover added recently. Will accept open maps as a download, very similar to OS maps.
Cable not included but its just a micro usb.

Fizik Arione r1 vs evo BNIB

Just looking at it it's not for my arse so it needs to go to pay for the new brooks. It brand new, still in the fizik box...

Most excellent and much appreciated Sean. Are you happy to provide the Bovey to Princetown route Dave? I would have to make one up and I think you did mention that you had one... Cheers, Si Yep. I was thinking if I used an exposure usb charge lead with a piggyback connector connected to the red-eye cable either connected to a power bank or to the k-lite usb charger?

I think I can. Can I?

The Exposure redeye runs off the output from a Revo etc. The Revo output can also be used for charging. I assume the Revo converts for DC to AC (think that's the right way around). So can I run the redeye from a power bank? That way I can just swap the rear light between the dynamo and non dynamo bi...
