Any wheel experts about?

I broke a spoke the other week and am in the process of replacing it. The rim was way out of true and I've been giving the nipple a quarter turn at a time and it's now running out by 2-3mm. For the size of the thread it now feels pretty darn tight, is that as good as I can expect? The end of the spo...

Re: Another sleeping bag question

Another sleeping bag question

Would this be ok for three season use if supplemented with leggings and baselayer? I've never used down before so not sure whethe...

Re: Buying down

PHD reckon that hydrophobic down performs less well than untreated down. https://www.phdesigns.co.uk/down-gear-in-use Having once-upon-a-time got a synthetic bag wet I can tell you that keeping water away from any sleeping bag whatever the filling is important. Good link. Sounds like the only value...

Sleeping mat options

Hello everyone, I used to use a thermarest prolite but as I got older it got more uncomfortable, then I bought a monster exped which is great but too heavy for the bike at 1800g! I've recently purchased a thermarest z lite and put the prolite on top, still not comfy though. Now I'm thinking a Numo h...
