That’s fighting talk in these parts

Last nights run, but went on a local Halloween run in costume, with scarers, music and props at strategic points on the course. There must have been over 60 people with the vast majority in costume, it was a giggle. Running in a velour onesie was an experience, I probably lost a kilo.

Isla sold most of it a couple of years ago, I don’t know if she kept a minority stake.

Slowly going in the wrong direction - exercise levels are down but appetite isn't which isn't helping at all.
