Re: Way off topic, Photoshop

GIMP wors well, learning curve is a bit steep. But so are most photo editing software packages. You've never said what it is he needs to do - depending on this, it may not even need something so complex. Sorry Greg I didn't read all of your post. He's meant to be on a school trip to Italy at the mo...

Way off topic, Photoshop

Is there a free version of Photoshop or something similar? My son has been looking and can only find a paid version. He only needs it for a few photos.

You can turn vision off Gari so people only hear your voice! Sure, I'll happily leave my mic on all night to let everyone hear my nocturnal noises but you can sure I'll not be reciprocating as if I wanted to be kept up all night with farting and snoring I'd stay inside with the wife and kids ;) Noc...

Re: Project Virus

As a construction worker/builder I'm a key worker. However I decided to finish on Friday 13th as nobody would want me in their house. The wife is the main breadwinner so it's not too bad as I got a load of materials in for some work at home, however, I'm having to drag it out. Feel sorry for the bui...

Re: WRT Postponed.

What's the worst that could happen? The flights will be refunded or rearranged as will the accommodation. Last Christmas we paid £2000 for flights alone (this was for six people), this Christmas is costing £321, same destination. It's a gamble but if it pays off, I'm even happier at Christmas than I...

Re: WRT Postponed.

There's no year given for the new date, perhaps they're assuming it's August 2022. No, not Wales Sean. When I say 'world' I do mean just that. Like Taylor and Rich, a good number have said they can't attend because they'll be on their holidays in sunny climes ... it's their confidence in that which...

"I did not sleep well that night"......

The night that Dame Sarah Storey moved into the apartment above us whilst on holiday, god that lass isn't light on her feet.

Not a "horror story" as such but it does contain a storey. 😜

700x38 all rounds
Pretty good but sketchy on wet grass and mud.
Work really well on dusty trails.
Little bit draggy compared to others but not a deal breaker.
Wear pretty quick.

Re: SPOT Tracker Renewal Fees - Being Gouged?

Had a phonecall from Louisiana on the way into town this evening, it was support replying to my original contact from last night.
They offered me the newbie rate of €143.
€57 off again, worth asking for. (About £49 at today's rates)

Might be worth contacting them as a group, I'm guessing there's quite a few subscribers/ex subscribers on here to put together a bearbones discount.

Isabelle is the one you want to speak to, no messing, €57 off the renewal price, no arguments.
Thanks for the address of Isabelle, Colin.
Still no reply from the contract form on the website though.
